It suffers in comparison with season 1 (which was pretty much super awesome) because several very soapy and implausible story lines are introduced. The first couple of episodes are ok, and it gets better again towards the end, but I&#39;m glad we&#39;ve got it over with quickly, or I&#39;d have to shout and throw things at the TV.<br /><br />Thomas is extremely punchable, I agree. But I hate Miss O&#39;Brian more, she&#39;s so much worse. I watched it on Netflix several months back and pestered and pestered my husband to watch season one so we could watch season two together when it started. Well, last weekend, I sat down and turned it on whilst he was in the room--and he was hooked!
