For the life of me I cannot get into The Scorpio Races. I am trying SO HARD, but if I had gone by the old '50 pages' rule, I would have given up exactly 21 pages ago. I want to go home so I can read more of Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close.

I am VERY INTERESTED in your opinion of SCORPIO RACES. M. Stei-I-can't-spell-her-name was the bestselling author at the bookstore where I work last year. I have read none of her things. Well, ok, I read one chapter of the werewolves-and-kissing trilogy and was, predictably, meh about it.
