Must...finish...re-reading...Middlesex...for book club...Wednesday.  Mustn't...pick up...newly acquired...How To Save A Life...despite...advertised...excellent weepy times.

  2. Hi ho! I'm a blog lurker. Um blurker? Yes. I officiate myself hereby as a Blurker of your blog. (I think that's redundant, because the whole "bl" in blurker insinuates blog.)
    No, but really, I've been reading faithfully for MONTHS now, but I read everything blogwise via my handy google reader almost always on my phone, and me and the whole go-to-actual-blog-on-phone-and-use-thumbs-t0-comment have not become good friends.
    Hence, I read, I laugh, I nod, I get sooo happy when there's a new post from you, but I rarely comment. Like, never. And now I'm in the awkward spot of feeling like I know you but you're going to feel very much not that way, probably much more like I remind you of the scary boy-child with the white lips/black teeth? (except I'm a girl. But that's beside the point.)
    Point being, I came here to your very actual blog site to see if you exist on Twitter (behold! you do) so I can further stalk you (I do talk on Twitter more often) and since I'm here, thought I'd say hi.
    Maybe to make things less awkward for me, but now, actually, I think they're probably more awkward. Oh well, harm's done now!
    Love your blog. Wish you would write a book! Do, please, sometime, so I can read it and NOT comment and not feel bad. :)
